Have A Heart!  Give From The Heart!  Pray From the Heart!

Have A Heart is the human care ministry of Peace Lutheran Church. Its mission is to encourage Christian fellowship and love in the congregation and community as we serve the LORD through the vocations of our lives.

The Have A Heart coordinator is Mark Droegemueller, an Elder of Peace Lutheran Church.

Have A Heart serves the military personnel and their families by sending Easter Care Packages. This has become an annual community project that allows many people to show the love of Jesus Christ and serve the needs of others.

Have A Heart gives Christmas gifts to each resident at the campus of Bethesda Lutheran Homes and Services in Watertown. The Have A Heart volunteers purchase, wrap, and give the Christmas presents.

Have A Heart collects food for the Fort Atkinson area food pantries. We encourage Have A Heart members to volunteer their time serving at the pantries as well.

In 2006, Have A Heart had a congregational  garden on the land next to Peace Lutheran Church. Members from the congregation had various fruits and vegetables which were shared with the people in the congregation and in the community.
