We teach that the Bible is the Word of God. God inspired the writers and gave them the very words written in Holy Scripture (2 Peter 1:21). The Scriptures have no errors, no contradictions, and are the absolute truth told by God Himself (John 17:17).
When we want to know the truth about God, we read the Bible (Acts 17:11-12). When we teach the truth about God, we don’t add human opinions or special revelations. The Bible is the only source of teachings (Deuteronomy 4:1-2; Revelation 22:18-19). The Bible is the story of God’s love of mankind, His forgiveness and peace through Jesus Christ and the guide to God-pleasing living (2 Timothy 3:15-17).
We reject the teaching that the Bible is just a human book with human errors. We reject the teaching that some parts of the Bible are the Word of God but other parts are mythical stories. We reject any teaching not found in God's Word that is taught as a revelation from God (Jeremiah 23:31-32). We reject the modern tendency to decide the truth about God by majority vote, personal opinion, or compromise.
